Hi Afsana! Congrats on your job. Baby is now 3 and will surely miss you but you can manage this. Please do talk to him about your joining work. Ensure that he doesnt feel neglected or unwanted. Tell him about the lovely friends and teachers at day care. If possible try to get him to interact with a child from the same day care. Promise to spend quality time with him every day even for just 15 minutes

Hi Afsana, It is natural for your baby to be attached to you the most. Children usually adapt well to the play or a montessori environment. Find a a school that follows montessori method, where your child will get introduced to a lit of new material and will be easy to adapt for him/her. Start with 1-2 hours and then increase the time.. It will give you an indication of how well the baby is adjusting. All the best

if u hav decided to find employment u can leave the child in daycare centrez... the 3yr old child should anywayz get adapted to school as well .. bt just be good vid choice of daycares with gud research...
