I have 4 month baby.. Born through c section.. And my tummy is as it was during pregnancy... Pls tell me how to reduce it..

Hi please rest for 6 months, later on you can join gym or do floor exercise like crunches, lunges etc.

Anonymous it happens dear, as of now you please concentrate on baby and breastfeeding. You can use abdominal belt it helps a lot. After 6 months you can go for walk and do light excercise if you don't have any discomfort. Am sharing few articles please read this.<br>
