if there is no relief even after medicine...try some home remedies...The tree "NEEM" very commonly available...produces some yellow colour fruit called "Neembolis" in hindi...take out its seed n rub it on some coarse surface....with that rub one more desi thing with the name "HARAD" its very hard brown stone kinda thing...give spoonfull of that to ur kid...neembolis help in killing ol type of infections n worm...harad help with gastric issues...clean the stomach...make him hungry again....in summer give harad in small quantity becoz its too hot...<br> one more thing if ur child is playing with soil or sth kinda that...keep him away...keep his hands always clean.... &#128522;
