I have 7 weeks 6days pregnant .my ultrasound shows placentea mass which is 22*14mm size...pls tell me what should i do ....is it harmfull for me n my baby

I will request you to share your report please because I need to understand if the mass is in ovary or adnexa. if it is a cyst and there is no subchorionic bleed when is it or the implantation of the foetus is on a different wall and is not an immediate contact with the placental mass then you should not worry
