I have a concern to share. My pre pregnancy weight is slightly overweight with BMI 26.3 being large frame woman. My major concern now is not to gain much weight for healthy delivery but to have all the nutrients required for baby. Please share any diet plan. PS: I am right now on my 7 weeks of pregnancy.

Eat healthy,; be active. Even i was overweight n I gained only 8kgs in overall pregnancy.; Only thing that helped me is being active. Eating right,; have diff kind of grains roti, brown rice, veggies with less oil n masala.; Have oats,; fruits, nuts,; milk n have lots of fluids. You don't have to eat for two that is a myth just eat right.

I would eat smart and portion control is v important. Don't indulge into sweet of fattening stuff. Loads of fruits dry fruits vegetables is the best.
