I have a concern to share or rather say advice to seek from mommies here..
Throughout the pregnancy I have not gone for any kind of yoga or exercise or even sat down..didn't even bend too low..i just squat if required..
My placenta moved up in 6th month only..but I have not been able to gather at least some courage to even squat too low or indulge in any physical activities other than walking!
Please guide me on what to do about the same..
Is there any possibility of normal delivery without doing any yoga?
Should I go for yoga at least now? My doc has allowed me to go for it but has asked me to avoid any sort of pressure on my abdomen..
Please help me women on Women's Day 😊

Hi if your doctor has said yes to yoga then you can join, why not join a prenatal class? They will help you out. Search for prenatal classes near your area.
