hi neha, your taking care of things like hygiene and wearing mask that's good. try not to sneeze in front of baby and near her ,protect with mask. breast milk provides antibodies which is helpful for baby to fight any attack of infections...it's always safe to breast fed don't worry .on your health side I would say please take medicine prescribed from your gynaecologist,as your breast feeding , take rest by asking help foe baby care from husband family members and get well soon. try to take steam , take tulsi tea and home remedies which are safe n cure throat infection.
