I have back pain from last 2 days its 4 months after my normal delivery ..it started from day before yesterday..I traveled 3 hrs in car n from day bfr yesterday I'm climbing steps more dan 10 times so wt to do ?

Yes abdominal belts are good as the maintain posture I am not any qualified person but it worked for me...

you can buy waist belts from surgical stores according to your size .it helps in keeping ur posture correct as well as support ur back.

Apply hot pack for present pain. Consult an obstetric physiotherapist . Pelvic tilt exercises will help

Hi. You can rest for sometime. And avoid wrong posture to reduce the back pain. Also try walking for 30 minutes which is a good routine to follow 4 months after birth
