I have been facing a weird problem. When I am doing my workout and am completely into it, i sometimes feel so overwhelmed that i cry. Any one kows why? i have no reason but i cant control it much either

Hey Prisha this is just says you are an awesome human being with a lovely kind ❤ When we have full with happiness or touched or truly thankful to God for having something very very special then this happens it's an intensity of <u>emotions</u>☺ this happens with me also usually when I'm in prayers and suddenly feel overwhelmed n tears starts rolling down.☺ enjoy the moment dear you surely feel good..

ive heard of this happening to ppl who have done the Art of living sessions...some cry n some laugh..<br>
i agree with wht others have written..ur exercise is almost taking u to a subconscious medatative state it seems.<br>
yes it will definitively feel very liberating:)

Another thing my yoga guru used to tell me. It's apparently the body's way of getting rid of emotional toxins. We have a lot of deep rooted emotions which may have gotten suppressed and get converted into negative energies. When we practice they can come to the fore with all the physical activity. And because they just rush out, we experience an emotional outburst. So your mind must be having a detox I guess. <u>Co</u>uld be that as well :-) You can try a bit of meditation before you sleep. It might help in calming the mind. There is this amazing app called insight timer for meditation. Check it out. You might just like it. Tc! :*

There are times when I have had an intense practice and I can't control my tears. It's your happy hormones girl. So just <u>soak</u> in the feeling and enjoy :* I saw your before after picture.
