I have been having acne breakouts from my 6th week. Can i use acne soap during pregnancy? I heard topical salicylic acid is not recommended in pregnancy but can be used if it is less than 2%...I am really confused about it. Please help..

Anon,,, it is best if you consult a dermatologist before using the soap.. it is highly recommended if you are having more and more skin problems.. topical salicylic of 2% is not a concern but it may worse because of sensitive skin during pregnancy
