I have been having heartburn and on some suggestions I am having cold milk for the same so Can i have the unboiled refrigerated tetra pack amul taaza milk???

No you cannot consume tetra pack milk without boiling it should be boiled before you have it

Agree with Khushboo it should be boiled. You can try ice cream instead. Also after lunch have kokam sharbat it relieves heart burn.. I use take a table spoon of ghee for heart burn.
