I'm also taking ecosprin 150. It's safe , you can take it. In my case there's a possibility of increased mean arterial pressure. So for better blood supply to foetus, ecosprin is prescribed. I was also bit doubtful at first as it's a blood thinner . My family doctor also suggested it's safe and now a days ecosprin is given in pregnancy and results are better. In case of bleeding or spotting inform your Gynae.

Thanks all! I want to.go by.my doctors suggestion just wanted to check with other moms too.I am in 8th week of pregnancy and have been asked to take 1 everyday for 1 month. Also I was admitted to hospital because i got unexpectes bleeding and post that, ecosprin is 1 f the medicine from 2-3 otgers which I am eating on daily basis
