I have been reading so many questions regarding loosing weight so thought of sharing my views on it. From quite some days I have also started to focus on my weight loss here are some points to consider
1) firstly understand diet is just a fancy word , dieting does not mean being hungry or eating less
2) to lose weight one must follow clean eating and should eat at a interval of 2 hours As when we divide our meal in small portion then we do not starve too much on anything
3)I read rujuta diwekars "khaiye aur wajan ghataiye" very very beautifully written book on eating right and healthy as per her first principle eat something (fruit,nuts,dryfruits) within half an hour of waking up as first thing of your day
It helps in reducing tummy and give a good start to our body
4) keep yourself hydrated
5)if you can not go to gym regularly then be active whenever you can find some quality me time
6)walk whenever possible take your baby along ,walking Will boost your stamina and lift your moods
7)ditch lifts and go by stairs
8) install some good apps and track your meals and workout
9)understand this it's not just about loosing weight but being fit
10) last but most important keep yourself motivated some cheat meals are okay sometimes not working out is fine but not always..
P.s. I am also sailing in the same boat doing lots of research lost 11kg post delivery but it's still much to loose I hope will become FIT soon
