Walk walk walk .... It's my mantra and secret weightloss tips to all my clients

5. Walking tones your legs and stomach
6. Walking is the perfect way to enjoy the outdoors while getting your vitamin D fix.
7. Walking gives you energy
8. Walking makes you happy by releasing feel-good endorphins while reducing stress
* Personal experience of loosing 10kgs by only walk , jog and diet
