I have cramp in my left hip area... Please tell me what should I do... It's paining whenever I try to turn on other side while sleeping or while I am standing

Karuna plz do as Aditi suggest and talk to your day c also about cramp so that he will give you magnesium sippliment to avoid it in futre

Do a warm compress with hot water bottle..apply an ointment like moov or volini when area is at normal temperature after compress..take pillow support
