I have cramping in legs which keeps recurring from time to time. This is worst in nights. It especially crops up when I stop drinking milk. Is there a permanent solution for this? Doctors just prescribe calcium tablets, but this does not getting cured! Please advise if I should visit any specialist or modify diet or something... Its really unbearable... @Dr Shilpitha Singh ; @Dr.Dhanya Prajesh

My problem stopped when I stopped carrying heavy weights and also...exposing daily to sunlight helps a lot.
