C section delivery m ap weight loose jaldi expect nh kr sakte. till 3 months tk to you will feel pain in your stiches even not able to do any exercise. after 3 month you can start walking. So eat healthy food and drink a lot of water and do breastfeeding. Breastfeeding helps to reduce pregnancy fat . 4-5 months m apko changes dikhna start ho jayenge. This is my personal experience.

Hi no there is no connection between water and tummy, You should drink plenty of water and breastfeed which is very important now. Its not even a month since you have delivered , please enjoy this phase. It took nine months to get this tummy so it will take that much time to go inside.

Hi Anon.. tell me one thing. In your pregnancy, did your belly size grew overnight? No right, it took time to grow.. months rather. Then how can you expect it to get back to normal in 10-12 days ? It's not a balloon afterall, that once air is out it will shrink back to original size. It takes time for the muscles to get back to their usual size. Drinking water has nothing to do with it, it is must to keep you hydrated and helps to produce more milk for the baby. It helps in relieving constipation too. You should drink atleast 4 litres of water per day.. water and breastfeeding together will help you reduce weight. And to get back to normal size you were before, you can start with mild exercises, walking etc after 3 months of delivery. Don't worry about the belly fat right now. Just take balanced diet and avoid too oily or heavy food.
