firstly u need to relax stress reduces milk. pump which one are u using?? <br> pump 8 to 10 times in 24 hours <br> get good rest. <br> take lots of fluids. <br> u can take satavarex powder with <u>milk</u>

Staying calm will help dear. It's a tough face of life but trust me being postive and strong current situation will help u and your baby to get out of this as soon as possible.
