i have delivered baby boy through Caesarean section..my breasts are not producing enough milk and baby is being fed by dextrolac milk..is it fine?how can i stimulate milk production so as to breastfeed him?? please guide
try dal especially masoor dal ... best thing which produce milk.... not spicy n ve mother horlicks....with milk...n dahi curdi also helps

try adding Shatavari kalpa granules to milk twice a day till ur baby gets enough milk....then u can reduce taking it gradually.....this is ayurvedic powder...
