I have delivered the baby normal.. during pregnancy I Have gain the weight.now I want to loose my weight...can I start excercise? And it will affect my breast milk?

Better to wait for sometime. Your body needs time to heal. Start after 3 months with brisk walk and then slowly start exercising. And it won't effect the milk supply. Just keep yourself hydrated and have healthy diet
