I have done anomoly scan and in that report it's showing
Mild pyelectasis is seen in bothfetal kidneys with renal pelvis measuring 3.8 mm on left side and 2.2 mm on right side (normal upto 4mm at this gestation - Interval F/U is worth).
Could you please tell me that it will cause anu harm to baby
