I have four month old twin daughters and they were born a month ahead of the due date. They are on partial BF and cow milk. One of them pukes a lot. Almost after every feed. Should I be worried?

Yes cow milk should not be given to young babies not before 1 year. Milk protein can't be digested by babies and it will damage their digestive system. You can give breast milk and formula milk, stop the cow milk right away.
