the ratio of 30ml water to 1scoup is correct and the quantity also fine. the problem is the powder milk produces a lot of gas and just after the feed they vomit is because the gas is trying to come out and pushes milk out. any milk powder it is the same problem. this will continue till around 3-4 months old and when baby turns tummy it will reduce gradually. both my children were having the same issue and now my son is 9 months old that problem has reduced. so don't worry just let it go.

Hi, try giving 30ml once and check, it might be too heavy for baby to digest and then slowly increase the scoops, in case the vomitting persists please consult your pediatrician.

The ratio which they mention is quite thick, small babies can't digest it try giving little more diluted and little quantity at a time. If it persists then consult your paediatrician.
