you can't lose weight very fst. you took 9 month to gain it. remain active and try to. avoid junk food. and you will feel <u>better</u>

I have also gained belly fat ..i heard in normal delivery u can start losing weight after 3 months and in c-section u gotta wait till 6 month but we can always do brisk walking

Post delivery it is a myth that you would gain more weight. This happens if you eat excessive ghee and sugar which is fed to new moms. This is not necessary as it does not make you stronger or produce more milk. You are lucky that you have five kg of excess weight only at the moment. Breast feeding helps burn calories. You can start with a walking program when you feel comfortable and make sure you eat healthy and balanced.
