I have gone through ceaserian and right after one month We made this mistake of having sex with each other without protection on 18 oct. Now We feel very upset over what we have done. I am not having any vaginal bleeding since that day. Am I pregnant again. I don't want to be pregnant again this much early. I have a 1 month baby to care for.Please suggest what should I do. How would I know that if I am pregnant and What should I do right now for getting rid of this early pregnancy?

I did't take unwanted 72 because I thought that it could have posed some side effect or damage to my current healing body.
