I have got my periods today morning,my baby is 84 days old today, from last 15 days I'm exclusively breastfeeding him, initially I supplimented with formula milk, is it normal;
From last 15 days I had a good milk supply, but having periods now, does it mean I do not have a good milk supply, how to understand whether milk is sufficient for baby
