I have heard that we should be sleeping on our left as oxygen and nutrients reach the baby easily. Since i have Scietica pain on my left , i have to sleep on the right. I am confused wat should i do ?

hello preeti..<br>
if u r not comfortable in left lateral position, then plz use soft pillows...pillows helps in supporting n comforting..keep one pillow beside belly and one between the two legs and one in back this helps u in sciatica too..if u wanna change direction then adjust pillows right side too..
