consult your doctor regarding this. she will give you medicine for the same. high bp is not good. avoid negative thoughts, stress and exertion.

If your blood pressure reading is high which means above 140/90 you would need to take medication to keep it under control. Salt can sneak in thru processed foods like sauce or even packaged foods. Avoid any foods which have an expiry date and eat fresh. Include high potassium foods like coconut water and banana in your daily diet to help bring sodium levels down.
