I have less milk supply and taking proper nutrition, shatavri and - Health and Fitness

I have less milk supply and taking proper nutrition, shatavri and all sorts of home remedies. Still I am worried about my baby getting proper milk. Can I start a good formula milk too along with breastfeeding. Any suggestion on good formula milk.

Ask your doctor to suggest a formula milk which is very close to the breastmilk. My doctor advised me to give Aptamil formula milk as it has prebiotics which are present in mother's milk and is very close to mother's milk

Hi, it is better to concentrate breastfeeding as long as possible. Because it has no replacement. But If you want to start FM then you can give prebiotics rich FM after your doctor suggestions.
