I have my normal delivery on 30/11 .....with vaginal stitches ......it's very painful for me ..how much time stitches will take to recover ? And what I have to do to faster recovery

It will take atleast 15 days... apply betadine ointment daily two times a day...don't sit in a aalti paalti situation....take pain relief medicines...it will be fine soon
