Hey. Keep a balanced diet, include more of protein rich foods, healthy fats, green leafy vegetables, healthy smoothies, dried fruits, fruits, soups. Avoid processed foods, frozen meals, sugary, fried, fatty foods, and excess carbs. keep a check on your weight. Also exercise regularly.
