At night before you sleep have some one give you a gentle back rub. Use a back support pillow like a bolster or you can also use a body pillow. Definitely use a wedge pillow to support your abdomen. Most of the back ache is caused due to poor posture. During the day time work on your posture. Sit erect, shoulders pushed back and a small pillow supporting the lower back. Finally check with your doctor and start prenatal exercises. During pregnancy due to the growing weight in the abdomen the spine feels additional pressure. If you have a prenatal exercise class accessible then doing the same under supervision would be suggested.
