I have thalassemia minor and I m very thin before marriage I was healthy but after my son was born by cesarean delivery my body became too thin

If you are thin it's good, but weak then you should worry. You must eat a well balanced diet. At the same time stay active. Eat large portion of protein which is the body building food. Dhal,, pulses, dairy products, lentils, legumes, millets, paneer, eggs eat healthy and gain weight

<u>H</u>i Shilpa post delivery is very important to take care of your diet so please eat healthy and a balanced diet along with that I would take a lot of good protein intake it is OK to be thin but strong from within.
