Do they wake up for feeds at noght or they just get up from their sleep? If they are hungry and they wake up then feed solid/ mashed food about an hour before they go to sleep. This will keep them full and they will sleep without waking up in the night. By 11 months the baby will nap twice and sleep thru the night. Make sure the last nap and sleep time has atleast 6-7 hrs gap. Give them a warm bath or sponge bath, dim the lights 10 mins prior to sleeping. It will take about a week to get them in a routine.

Hi, your profile shows that your kids are 11 months old. At this stage children do sleep through the night. You will need to put the kids in a sleep time routine. So everyday at the exact same time in the evening, say about 8:30 pm, you give them a quick bath. Let them play in the water so they will get a little tired. Then change their clothes, give them their night milk and turn off the lights. Then try to out them to sleep. Use the exact same time everyday. Within a weeks time the training will happen and they will sleep quickly. Don't give the kids too many naps in the day or they will. Wake up every night.
