The lesser you use diapers the better. Both for env and the baby. Coconut oil is the best and also each time you change use luke warm water and cotton to clean the area and pat dry with a soft hand towel. Do not use scented wipes. Infact use wipes only when you r going out. At home use cotton or cotton cloths of duppatta <u>etc</u>

Dear use of diapers doesn't harm.if it is used wisely..means they should be used with care..one has to keep an eye on changing then every 3-4 hours and if they are soiled change immediately..give free time too and also Everytime wipe the area, apply coconut oil or good diaper rash cream etc..most people use for night time..
