I hurt my ring finger badly such that it has swollen and seems pus has developed. Doctor advised below medicines. When asked all medicines are not safe during breastfeeding. I exclusively breastfeed my 4 months old baby and worried if it harms baby. Please advise.

All are safe except last one . It's a newer generation antacid and <u>not</u> studied much in lactation better to take a simple antacid and antiemetic combination instead of this
