I hv 3 month old baby. I hv so many blocked milk duct on my right breast. Resulting in low milk supply n slow milk flow. So she refuse yo latvh on that breadt. What to do for that. Its been 15 days. Its not going by hot water.
You need to see your gynae once,if the milk supply is getting low you also need to start with shatavri powder to increase the milk flow,try giving hot and cold for 15 minutes ..<br>
First hot, followed by cold again hot, in a day you will see difference
