Sleeping on just one side is impossible..keep changing sides n as @637648d64e57630016d44df2 said she can lie on her back just to relax

It's okay to change sides and sleep, lying down in left side alone is not possible. Also as pregnancy prolongs sleeping back will be not comfortable so automatically she will change sides.

I will tell you my formula.
Keep changing sides time to time. And occassionaly in between she can lie on her back just to relax for a while..if she takes 10 to 15 percent of total time relaxing on her back it won't affect the baby.;

Hi
Sleeping on left as u say is recommended but swapping sides to right is OK not an issue. But flat on back would hinder the oxygen n blood flow to the baby. Just make sure to sleep on sides and not on back
