I love mangoes. So here is a simple yummy dessert.
I call it the Curdy Mango Twist.
Recipe
1 mango
3 tbsp chilled yogurt
Handful of black raisins ( you can add any other nuts and seeds of your choice too) Blend the mango and the curd. Add the raisins and blend again. Don't make it a fine paste. You should get chewy bits of the raisins while eating.
Transfer to a bowl and enjoy. This makes a good snack by itself too. It will also be quite filling post a workout session. You can add 2 scoops of protein powder in the curd before blending. Enjoy! Try it out and share your versions of this delicious snack :*
