I m 13 weeks pregnant.. as prescribed by my doc i m on bed rest but do take short walks of 10-15 mins 2-3 times a day..I m having severe leg cramps..can't even sleep properly..please suggest something

Massage your leg and keep your foot on a pillow.

Use pillows to keep ir foot raised a lil bit.<br>
Hot water bags also help<br>
Ask someone to give a massage. <br>
Take meals and ur supplements on time<br>
Hydration is the key. 4 to 5 liters of water per day.<br>
Even after doing all this there ll be dull pain. Try to divert urself from the pain by getting engaged in some activity that u love and do to relax urself.
