As advised by Babychakra Expert Dr Sonali Shivlani(Pre-natal) - During pregnancy due to hormonal changes the muscles and joints tend to relax. Do not sit for long durations, walk around every hour or so for a few minutes and use a soft cushion to sit on. Additionally also ensure that you have foot rest and your feet are well supported.
