You are 6 months pregnant and have another baby of 6 months whom you want to pick up?..is that you are asking..once in a while you can but do it more when sitting..like taking the child in lap..avoid in standing position as a 6 month baby usually weighs anywhere between 6-8 kgs so overdoing can cause trouble
