I m 6week pregnant n waana know what kind of food is good for my baby n what veggies n fruits I should avoid....  I have really bad low back pain what should I do. plz help

Hey.. .. dnt stress urself much and rest in between when you are working..... early morning eat one of these through out pregnancy.... Apple, curd or milk..... no papaya.... pineapples, mango.... homemade juice.... buttermilk and coconut water

Hie. Have all&nbsp; d veggies n eat apple n kiwi n dragon fruit it will boost ur immunity n also helpful in ur baby's growth. Have milk n banana which ll increase ur calcium. Back pain kam hoga us <u>se</u>

my gynae always advised me to have lots of fluids like juices, butter milk, coconut water etc...have soaked 4-5 almonds daily, add protein in ur diet..like daal, rajma, chane , sprouts etc..these are very healthy during pregnancy, have curd daily&nbsp; for calcium...nd lots of fruits... papaya , pine apple nd mango should be taken very moderately...

My pleasure dear.. And one more thing soak some almonds 6- 8 in the night n eat it in the morning it is very healthy for you n your baby
