I M 8 month complete and 9 Month running pregnancy,my mother in law drink me ghee in warm milk for normal delivery but I can't drink it because it taste very typical and I wamiting after some time.i want to know that can i avoid to drink it, or other solution it?

Drinking ghee would give you much needed stamina and strength for delivery and avoid the weakness post delivery. Trust me, the weight you put on will shed away soon. Have ghee.

Please do not drink it. you will put on weight. you can have 1-2 tspn ghee on your rotis/rice. Exercise and walk daily. That will help with Labor and Birthing and post delivery as well.
