I m 8 weeks pregnant ,yesterday I went for a ultrasound but Dr said that growth is like 6 weeks with CRL 7.2 mm but cardiac activity not found. She asked me to go for another scanning after a week. Whether its ok or sign of anything wrong. Kindly help m worried.
