I m an exclusive bf mother n my little one is 4 mnth old now... yestrday nite suddenly i got my periods back... i heard dat bf mothers get bck der periods after 7 or 8 mnth.. m lill worried... will dis goin to e ffect my bm supply...?? Plz help

Anon it's normal, yes few moms do get their periods. Few of my frns got and they did notice some changes in bm supply during those 5 days, and once Dr. Shilpitha Shanthappa also confirmed the same.
