I m currently in my 5th month pregnancy (21st week). I am not able to sleep comfortably during the night. My side back hurts a lot on either sides. I have tried keeping pillow also, but no use. Please suggest what can be done. Thanks in advance.

Hi swetha! Back pain during pregnancy is very common. To avoid it pls always sit in right posture, dont bend over but try squatting to pick anything from floor, refrain from wearing high heels, don't stand or sit in one place for long keep moving every now & then, rest your feet on stool and sit up straight, with your shoulders back. Try this it'll definitely help you.
