I m gone mad now al r saying different things dnt eat ths, eat ths ths is good,ths is not good for baby blablabla .......pls help me wt actual I hv to eat? my dr nly told dnt eat spicy n oily food.

You can eat every thing that is healthy in moderation. Also remember that it should suit you and if you don't have any negative reactions to the food then it is safe to consume.

pinapple and raw pappaya not good for frst and second trimester of pregnancy....spicy and oil food to much not good for last trimester of pregnancy...
