So I visited the salon today and was really excited as I was about to get pampered after a really long time😍 . I was really hungry, so I decided to have some chips. A girl from their staff said "ma'am if you eat this, how will you loose weight?" It's just been 8 months since I gave birth, still breastfeeding and already people are like " you will look prettier if you loose few kilos" "you should start dieting now" .
Well I am not in any hurry to loose any weight. Infact! That's not even my priority at this particular moment.

Yes ! I want to sneak out some time and work on my fitness, I try doing that too, but definitely my goal is not 'LOSING WEIGHT'. The feeding schedules, the napping schedule, colic pains , I have maintained and survived them and that's more than an achievement for me
Yes I love being pampered, who doesn't?
But as a parent, we have to constantly struggle to be flexible with what's our priority.

It's exhausting at times and needs of our babies and family to weigh against our own wants and needs
.
Maybe in some time, I might exercise religiously for maintaining my fitness but for now I am just going to rock my mom body and embrace and respect it
