the follicular cyst is asymptomatic as I believe it is not giving you pain but if it gives you pain we need to re examine the cyst size at 12 weeks the cyst will regresst by second trimester if it is not what otherwise if you feel pain then and the cyst size will be correspondent factor in surgery if at all required
